Loving The July management brief, the poor darlings in the call centre had to work 316 hours overtime due to some web booking issues. I guess that their contracts do not automatically opt them out of the working time regs? About time Mr Louden realised how much extra site staff do on a daily basis and paid them overtime. How about HSA work to rule next year? Come on HSA's have a snickers.
