secret shopper ( my matePhil...not his real name)

At last Phil and the Missus have agreed to post some secret shopper reviews...They are spending a long summer touring quiet a few sites.Ive asked them to try to chat to staff and give the site a "staff happiness rating". They have worked for both clubs and have a deep well of sympathy for overworked and under paid staff. Ive asked him not to identify himself and not to be cruel to staff. later in the year they might be joined by another couple if they can shake the Grand kids off!

Were hoping to focus on the Lakes,SW England & Scotland
