It soon comes around again.
Seasons greetings to all AW and HSA across the networks.Lots of changes in the air for next season,both clubs have been forced to up the minimum hourly rate ( Yahoooo!) whilst one club clawed it back in a remarkable Scrooge like action( think Bob Hill dressed as Scrooge muttering "HUMBUG" )
Both clubs have had a good season with money washing around the system .Refurbs of CCC( AKA CARAVAN AND CAMPING COMPANY) HQ should keep the "Precious Ones nice and comfy".....whilst both clubs are planning new sites/selling off old ones.
Rumors of Abbey Wood(CC) being sold off/redeveloped persist ....esp now land values have soared in the area and the areas regional manager has left.The CC seem set to try out a major POD development at Brighton( best of luck to staff!!)
Whilst the CCC( CARAVAN AND CAMPING COMPANY) have been struggling in the rain with those truly awful large family tents for rent.
Scotland seems to be getting a first site from the CC at Loch Lomomd ...subject to bickering
Thoughts should also go out to all poor souls working the wet winter at the moment in the UK whilst those lapping up the sun down South should spare a thought( between gulps of cold San Miguel ) for all us with wet feet.
As always we here at AFIBC towers...everyone else has an Ivory Tower so why cant we...will be keeping our ears and eyes open in the NewYear and welcome all new Members and Guests to post
